As you are aware, Bill 38, an act to amend the Public Health Protection and Promotion Act was passed on May 5.
In response to a CBA-NL email circulated to members on May 7, members expressed concern and supplied commentary on the amendments, and CBA-NL formed a submission based on what we heard.
