On January 27, CBA-NL invited the provincial party leaders to share their thoughts on justice issues in advance of the 2021 provincial general election. The complete letter can be found here.
CBA-NL calls upon each party to address justice issues affecting our province, including technology and modernization, access to justice, resourcing, infrastructure, alternative approaches and legislation and law reform.
CBA-NL looks forward to hearing from each party and sharing the responses, as they are received, with our membership and on our website.
CBA-NL encourages all members to ensure that justice issues receive a profile during the election campaign and to reach out to their local candidates to bring awareness to the important issues in our provincial justice system.
